1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and meggi88 ("meggi88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at meggi88.co and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with meggi88's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or access the Platform in any capacity. meggi88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on meggi88, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. meggi88 applies the 21+ standard in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Malaysian market, regardless of any lower threshold that may apply under other jurisdictions.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of meggi88 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from meggi88 or any associated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and financial decisions.

meggi88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each natural person is entitled to maintain one (1) meggi88 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by any individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Specifically, you must provide:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport;
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number registered in your name;
• A date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, meggi88 will require identity verification. You must submit a clear copy of your Malaysian identity card (both sides) and a recent selfie photograph. meggi88 may additionally request proof of payment method ownership and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by meggi88 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify meggi88 immediately via live support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. meggi88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. Funds may be deposited using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect), and other local payment channels as published. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• The amount requested must not include funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise published;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible — meggi88 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account where this principle cannot be applied;
• Processing times are published on the Platform and are indicative. Standard Touch 'n Go eWallet cashouts are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. FPX bank transfers clear within one banking hour during standard Malaysian banking hours.

meggi88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which meggi88 accepts no liability.

meggi88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay processing where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

meggi88 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, each governed by specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply to all meggi88 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game categories are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per member, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Expiry. Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement expire after the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, sportsbook bets, and poker may each carry a different contribution rate as stated in the relevant promotion.
• Maximum Bet. When a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or per market is limited as stated in the promotion's terms. Bets exceeding the maximum may be voided.
• Abuse. meggi88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where promotional abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated bonus farming is identified.

meggi88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus disputes are final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual games, sports betting markets, and casino game variants are published within each respective game interface and in the Platform's dedicated rules section. By placing a bet or entering any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, an incorrect game outcome being displayed, or a credit being made to your account in error, meggi88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and recover any incorrect credits. No obligation to honour erroneous payouts arises from a technical or operational error.

Suspicious Betting. meggi88 monitors betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated manipulation. meggi88 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where warranted.

Maximum Payout. A maximum payout limit applies per bet, per day, and per event as published on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the published limit will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on meggi88 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of transferring or converting them without engaging in genuine gambling activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted by meggi88;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening meggi88 staff or other members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the Platform.

meggi88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any balance held in such account, and pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the meggi88 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary intellectual property of meggi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of meggi88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meggi88 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and any services offered thereon.

meggi88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any gambling losses incurred on the Platform;
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit meggi88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

meggi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Your account has been identified as a duplicate;
• You have requested self-exclusion;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds or funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting meggi88 live support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable rules.

11. Responsible Gaming

meggi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all members via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum net loss permitted in a defined period before your account is automatically paused.
• Session Time Reminders — receive a notification when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion — exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
• Reality Check — periodic in-session prompts summarising your session duration and net wagering result.

meggi88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is processed for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications from meggi88.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under meggi88's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable local law.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms, a bet outcome, an account decision, or any other Platform matter, you must first contact meggi88 via live support or email to submit a formal complaint. meggi88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. Escalation procedures are available if the initial response is unsatisfactory.

meggi88's decision on all betting and gaming disputes, including but not limited to bet voidance, bonus decisions, and technical error outcomes, is final and binding unless a demonstrable error of fact can be established.

14. Amendments to These Terms

meggi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, notify registered members via email. The revised Terms will state the effective date of the amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 10.
